Quick Start
Get up and running in under 10 minutes.
1. Log in
Go to erp.co.tz and enter your access credentials. Your system administrator will provide your email and access key.
If your company has just been provisioned, log in with the default admin credentials supplied by your administrator. You should change your access key from Settings → Users immediately.
2. Navigate the dashboard
The dashboard gives you a live snapshot of your operation:
- Active Jobs — jobs currently in progress
- Trips in Transit — trucks currently on the road
- Pending Expenses — expenses awaiting approval
- Document Alerts — vehicle documents expiring within 30 days
The navigation bar at the top shows the modules your company has enabled. If you expect to see a module (e.g. Clearing) but it is not visible, contact your administrator — it may need to be enabled for your account.
3. Create your first customer
Before creating a job, you need a customer record.
- Go to Customers
- Click New Customer
- Fill in the company name, TIN, phone, and contact person
- Click Save
4. Create a job
- Go to Jobs
- Click New Job
- Select the customer you just created
- Enter a description (e.g. "Mining Supply Haulage — Lusaka")
- Set the start date
- Click Save
The job is created with Draft status. You can now assign trips to it.
5. Assign a trip
- Open the job you created
- Click Add Trip
- Select a truck, trailer, driver, and route
- Set the trip start date
- Click Save
The driver can now see this trip in their view and begin submitting expenses against it.
