Introduction

eSecured ERP Platform is a modular cloud ERP built for Tanzania businesses. Use it for accounting only, logistics only, or the full suite — each module works independently and integrates seamlessly with the others.

What it does

Enable the modules your business needs:

• Accounting — Double-entry bookkeeping with a Tanzania Standard Chart of Accounts, manual journal entries, an immutable General Ledger, and financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, VAT Report). Works as a standalone module for any business type.
• Invoicing — Create TRA-compliant customer invoices from jobs or standalone, manage the full Draft→Sent→Paid lifecycle, and auto-post AR and revenue entries to the GL.
• Purchasing — Record vendor bills (purchase invoices), track accounts payable, and auto-post to the GL on approval and payment. Includes a shared Items & Product Catalog for products and services with pre-set pricing, units, and GL accounts.
• Fixed Assets — Full fixed asset register with TRA depreciation classes (Class 1–4), monthly depreciation runs, GL auto-posting, asset disposals with gain/loss, and maintenance history per asset.
• Customers & Vendors — Maintain your client and supplier registers. View invoice history, outstanding balances, and a full purchase ledger per vendor.
• Logistics — Create and manage jobs, assign trucks and drivers to trips, generate VAT-compliant invoices, and track multi-currency income and expenses.
• Clearing & Freight — Manage customs declarations (TANSAD), track documents, monitor container releases, and follow cargo through all Tanzania ports.
• Fleet Management — Maintain vehicle and driver records, track document expiries (Insurance, LATRA, COMESA, SUMATRA), and log maintenance history.
• Financial Control — Multi-currency expense management, VAT calculation, invoice generation, and approval workflows.
• Quotations — Build and send professional quotes, manage a pipeline view by status, and convert directly to jobs or invoices.
• Point of Sale — Till checkout with barcode scanning, register (till) sessions with a closing Z-report, multi-branch stores and stock transfers, and TRA-fiscalized receipts. Works standalone — no Accounting or Logistics required.
• Trading — Purchase Orders → with goods receiving into stock, and Sales Orders that convert into invoices, for distributors and wholesalers.

Architecture

eSecured ERP Platform is a multi-tenant cloud ERP. Each company (tenant) gets an isolated data environment — no shared records between organisations. Modules can be enabled or disabled per tenant, so companies pay for and see only what they use.

The platform runs on Google servers hosted in the Africa region. Data stays on the continent, ensuring low latency for East African operations.
