Introduction

eSecured ERP Platform is a cloud-based platform designed for freight, logistics, and customs clearing companies operating in Tanzania and the East African corridor.

What it does

The platform covers the full lifecycle of a logistics operation:

  • Logistics — Create and manage jobs, assign trucks and drivers to trips, generate VAT-compliant invoices, and track multi-currency income and expenses.
  • Clearing & Freight — Manage customs declarations (TANSAD), track documents, monitor container releases, and follow cargo through all Tanzania ports.
  • Fleet Management — Maintain vehicle and driver records, track document expiries (Insurance, LATRA, COMESA, SUMATRA), and log maintenance history.
  • Financial Control — Multi-currency expense management, VAT calculation, invoice generation, and approval workflows.

Architecture

eSecured ERP Platform is a multi-tenant cloud ERP. Each company (tenant) gets an isolated data environment — no shared records between organisations. Modules can be enabled or disabled per tenant, so companies pay for and see only what they use.

The platform runs on Google servers hosted in the Africa region. Data stays on the continent, ensuring low latency for East African operations.
