Admin Guide

As a Tenant Admin, you have full access to all modules and system settings. This guide covers the setup and maintenance tasks that fall to the administrator role.

Initial setup checklist

After your tenant is provisioned, complete these steps before your team starts using the system:

  • Update your access key from Settings → Users
  • Set your company name, logo, and branding in Settings → Branding
  • Configure VAT rate and currency in Settings → General
  • Set up invoice prefix and number sequence in Settings → Invoicing
  • Add your bank details for invoice payment section
  • Create user accounts for your team
  • Review and adjust role permissions
  • Add your customers
  • Add your vendors (fuel, maintenance, border agents)
  • Define your standard routes
  • Register your fleet (vehicles and drivers)

User management

Go to Settings → Users to manage all user accounts.

To add a user:

  1. Click Add User
  2. Enter name, email, and role
  3. Set an access key (password)
  4. Save — the user can log in immediately

Roles available by default:

  • Tenant Admin
  • Operations Staff
  • Accountant
  • Driver
  • Read-only User

Role permissions

Each role has a defined set of permissions. Admins can adjust permissions per role from Settings → Roles. Changes take effect immediately for all users in that role.

See Permissions Reference → for the full list.

Module management

Your system administrator (SuperAdmin) controls which modules are active for your tenant. If you need a module enabled or disabled, contact your service provider at esecuredhost.com.

Active modules appear as navigation items. If a module is not visible, it is either disabled or your account does not have the required feature flag.
