Keyboard Shortcuts
Command palette
Press Ctrl+K (Windows / Linux) or ⌘K (Mac) from anywhere in the app to open the command palette.

The command palette lets you navigate the entire platform without touching the mouse.
What you can search

| Customers | Name, phone, email |
| Vendors | Name, phone |
| Jobs | Job ID, client name |
| Invoices | Invoice number, client name |
| Quotations | Quote number, client name |
| Clearing | Bill of lading, manifest number, customer name |
| Drivers | Name, license number, phone |
| Fleet | Registration number, make, model |
| Navigate | Any section name (e.g. "billing", "settings") |
How to use it
- Press Ctrl+K / ⌘K to open
- Start typing — results appear immediately, grouped by type
- Use ↑ ↓ arrow keys to move through results
- Press Enter to open the selected record
- Press Escape (or click outside) to close
Quick navigation
If you open the palette without typing anything, it shows all 16 navigation shortcuts. Press ↓ then Enter to jump to any section instantly.
Selecting a result
- Customer / Vendor / Driver / Vehicle — opens the full-page detail card directly
- Job — opens the job detail view
- Clearing declaration — opens the declaration detail
- Invoice / Quotation — navigates to that module's list view
- Navigate item — jumps to the section (e.g. "Go to Billing")
