Billing & Subscription

Go to Billing in the top navigation bar to manage your subscription.

Subscription overview

Your subscription is per-module, per-month and billed in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS).

Rate
TZS 50,000per module, per month

Each module is licensed separately. You only pay for the modules your organisation uses.

Modules must be enabled by your service provider (eSecured) before they appear on your account. The Billing page shows only modules currently licensed to your tenant.

Paying your subscription

Payment is made via mobile money — no bank cards required.

Supported providers

  • M-Pesa (Vodacom)
  • Tigo Pesa
  • Airtel Money
  • Halotel Halopesa

How to pay

  1. Go to Billing
  2. Under Subscription, click Pay Now
  3. Select your mobile money provider (M-Pesa, Tigo, Airtel, Halotel)
  4. Enter your mobile phone number
  5. Click Initiate Payment
  6. A push notification is sent to your phone — approve the payment on your handset
  7. The Billing page confirms once the payment is received

After a successful payment, your subscription expiry extends by one month from the current expiry date (or from today if your subscription had already lapsed).

tip

If your subscription has expired, paying today gives you a full month from today's date — not from the original expiry.

Payment history

The Payment History section shows all past subscription transactions, including:

  • Date and time
  • Amount paid (TZS)
  • Provider used
  • Status (Completed / Pending / Failed)

Subscription status

The Billing page shows your current expiry date and a list of active modules. If a module shows as inactive, contact [email protected] to have it enabled.
